
Overall physical wellness encourages the balance of physical activity, nutrition and mental well-being to keep your body in top condition.
We plan to care for mostly two elements in physical wellness:
i. Physical Activity
ii. Nutrition.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
Physical activities are the most tangible way of catering to our wellness. In these activities, we work in the physical world to strengthen ourselves and get rid of toxins from within us.
These activities can broadly classified into two types namely:
1. PHYSICAL EXERCISE
“Exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness.”
At Nature’s Embrace, we plan on achieving this goal largely through yoga-asana.
2. PHYSICAL TREATMENT
Physical exercise is useful for the purpose of strengthen our body but it cannot on its own, get rid of harmful substance from within our body which are accumulated over time. This is where physical treatments comes into picture.
Physical treatments are of two types:
1. Detoxification: Detoxification Treatments like Panchakarma and detoxification tub are useful for getting rid of toxins from within our body.
li. Relaxation :Relaxation treatments like Sirodhara and Meditation in sensory-deprivation tank induces physical relaxation and calmness. At Nature’s Embrace, we plan on using a blend of Ayurvedic and technological treatments to achieve our goals so as to not limit ourselves to a particular way of thinking.
NUTRITION
“This element of physical wellness promotes consuming healthy food in proper amounts by following a balanced diet chart.”
These healthy food will include meals prepared almost exclusively from organic vegetables, fruits and spices grown on this site. Nutrition is not limited to only meals. Along with health conscious meals, variety of nutritional shakes and drink will be served at appropriate juncture in their treatments.
We also plan on providing various ayurvedic medicines and food supplements for the treatment of person’s ailment (or condition) and also for their physical optimality.
Having optimal levels of physical activity and maintaining proper nutrition is key to improving our overall physical wellness.
